Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow a few days for tracking to update after dispatch.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties set by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

 

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but contact us quickly at contact@horrorware.com and we'll help if the order hasn't shipped yet.
